О компании: RESPONSIBILITIES: Review, evaluation, compilation, submission and tracking of Marketing Authorizations, applications and reports for submissions of SWB, Wellness and Personal Care products. Review, evaluation, compilation, submission and tracking of Marketing Authorizations renewal and variations applications and reports for submissions of products. Responsible for the timely response to Authorities requests related to regulatory submissions. Ensure product labelling for all products comply with product dossiers and relevant regulations. Perform activities to ensure that regulatory timelines are properly established, maintained and on-target. Interact with upper level Regulatory Affairs Departments to assure timely provision of regulatory documentation and related elements necessary to support registration, renewals and variation submission of company’s products. Plans and coordinates procedures relating to above functions. Maintain the product logs/files relating to regulatory activities e.g. receipt of questions, processing and managing official Regulatory correspondence. Performs other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Medicine; Entry-level and intermediate positions require a 1-4 years' related experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical (preferable), or Medical Device related industry; Clear understanding of cosmetic, biocides, medical devices regulations in Russia and CIS (preferable); Experience in Regulatory Affairs for consumer goods; Influencing skills in areas with no direct reporting authority; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Upper-Intermediate English language skills.
