О компании: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER IN MICE & EVENTS - Travel Business Our client is a well-known European travel operator. It has close to 100 resorts located in the most beautiful sites in the world, cruise ships and luxury villas and chalets. MISSION: M&E BUSINESS EXECUTIVE develops MICE sales and contribution, as well as M&E BUSINESS EXECUTIVE, finalizes the group sales and liaise with the villages & resorts. FUNCTIONS: - Participation in the preparation and organization of group visits: documents follow up, invoicing and payments control, keep tracking and filling in room-list, ticketing. - Groups confirmation to the Revue Management (RM) at time of deposit received. - Keep tracking of any changes for the group trip. - Reporting. - Organize a trip together with the client and after sales follow up: translation of all necessary documentation, finalization, and adjustment of a group trip, promote and sell extra-services etc. - Prospect new clients: build the strategy and analyses the market: clients’ portfolio management; database follow up; MICE events participation. - Manage commercial and contractual relations with clients: contracts, negotiations commissions, participation and holding of exhibitions; ensure the full payment of clients with the financial department. REQUIREMENTS: - Higher professional education in "Service and Tourism" is an advantage; - Experience in MICE (experience in tourism and hospitality premium B2C and/or B2B sales conditions). - Team management skills (evaluation, coaching, development). - Following competencies: entrepreneurial spirit; decision making, leadership, client orientation - ENGLISH - fluent, other languages are as a plus.
