О компании: The main responsibilities are: Building and strengthening relationship with existing and new customers to enable future bookings Achieving individual revenue goals and budget goals for overall team performance Dealing with group and event requests from A to Z (from the moment of receiving the ones through selling and running the function) Close cooperation with Operations departments (F&B, Banqueting, FO, Kitchen) Ensure proper billing/Invoicing for group and event business Handling conflict situations Being part of the Hotel’s team for maximizing revenue goals and perfecting customers’ satisfaction Required skills: Excellent English and Russian - spoken and written Good organizational skills Excellent communicator, team player Problem solving abilities Client oriented, Sales-minded Goal oriented Upselling skills Knowledge of Opera Sales Catering is a plus Hospitality experience is a must Ability to maintain performance level under the pressure Operational efficiency is required Business correspondence etiquette Hotel/MICE experience in Sales/Catering as a must (minimum 2 years).
