Requirements: Work experience with selling/buying cryptocurrencies and crypto assets at least for 6 months using bank transfers (be prepared to show the address of your crypto wallet to verify your experience); Ideally, reasonable size of existing client base (not required); - Understanding KYC/AML/KYT procedures; Basic understanding of legal frameworks pertaining to cryptocurrency operations - Good understanding of payment systems and financial intermediaries (PSP, banks, SEPA, SWIFT); Deep understanding of cryptocurrency/crypto asset infrastructure (hot, cold, multi-signature wallets, type of addresses, blockchain explorers, crypto exchanges, local bitcoin platforms); Fluent English, any other languages is an advantage; Strong work ethics, entrepreneurial attitude; Outstanding communication and sales skills. Responsibilities: Be a key person to set up an OTC desk at one of the leading players on the crypto market; Build a strong client base leveraging existing relationships with top players on the market; Establish on-boarding process and control over AML procedures including work with bitcoin tracing tools similar to Crystal (Bitfury); Develop on the top of the existing infrastructure to generate trading fees; achieve break-even point in 2-3 months.
