О компании: Main purpose of job: Making statistical and expertise analyses of demand for Key customers; Becoming central to maximising our product availability through thorough forecasting and supply chain management on Key customer level. Main Responsibilities: Statistics and expert analysis of demand for a Key customer; Support in evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns for the customer; Customer Collaboration through collaborative forecasting and sell-out trends analysis; Participation in formation of the forecast demand in a region at SKU in terms of the week and month; Post-analysis of forecast to detect the real effect of the volume of activities, innovations, promotions and other (in entrusted customers); Manage the Customer Relationship and work collaboratively with the retailer to understand and deliver customer requirements on both day to day and strategic objectives; Active management and communication to optimize end-to-end supply chain inventory and logistics planning; Pro-active development and implementation of customer collaboration best practices e.g. KPI Service Tracking and Collaborative Planning meetings; Innovation forecasting in collaboration with regional Sales and Marketing team: Formation of forecast for innovation in the region, including a plan of distribution and product life cycle; Collaboration with Marketing and Trade Marketing: interaction on evaluation of potential activities to support forecasting level of sales; Cooperation with Logistics and Customer Service for maximum operating efficiency. Required Qualifications / Experience: Higher education (Economics, Supply Chain, Mathematics); Analytical & organizational skills, good communication skills; Knowledge of statistical forecast methods; advanced Excel user; Fluent English.
