О компании: World leading container shipping line - Ocean Network Express - is looking for pro-active sales with outside focus. Responsibilities: • Develop existing and search for new customer base, attend exhibitions, • Follow developments and trends on the market, identify market opportunities & requirements • Make customer sales visits & calls, cold calling, • Perform revenue/volume and new acquisition client targets, • Report and update all commercial data through CRM tool, including customer feedback, visits, etc. • Prepare presentations, handle rate inquiries and freight agreement, • Perform market studies, report market trends to the Pricing/Marketing teams. Requirements: • Previous Sales experience in container shipping industry, • Proven ability to communicate, interact and understand multiple cultures, • Essential ability to analyse data, • Essential ability to apply problem solving skills, • Good MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills, • Experience of working to tight deadlines, • Pro-active, flexible, result-oriented and disciplined in approach. • Fundamental Business / Commercial / Industry practices awareness • Customer Focus • Strong Analytical / Problem Solving skills • Strong Communication – written & verbal skills (both Russian & English) • Strong Planning/Organisation skills • Strong Team Work skills • Performeance Management • Innovation and Improvement Conditions: • All terms of the Contact are in accordance with legislation of RF; • Salary will be agreed upon interview results; • Medical insurance; • Standard working week and hours (5 days, 9:00 till 18:00)
