О компании: Official Exclusive Distributor of processing and packaging equipment is seeking Assistant to Logistics Manager to join our growing company, this is an immediate opening. Job duties will include: - monitoring of shipments - financial control over payments to Suppliers, forwarders, customs, certification, insurance organization and from customers - working with transport company - checking of transport documents (CMR, TIR, export declaration) - contacting of suppliers on paperwork issues to agree all corrections - working with customs brokers - preparation of documents for customs clearance - certificates organization - preparation of invoices, packing lists and specification for groupage trucks Successful candidate should have the following skills: - higher education - international import experience - fluent English/native Russian - PC advanced user - self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills ECI offers: - central Moscow modern office (m.
