О компании: As a Medical Advisor in Alcon, it’s essential that you have: Specialization and experience in different therapeutic areas (ophthalmology – desirable) Higher medical education Working experience as Medical Advisor in pharmaceutical company not less than 2 years Scientific degree – as an advantage Excellent knowledge of ICD diseases, products, the market and KOLs Experience in registration and post-registration studies, PV Knowledge and experience in clinical trials will be a plus Project management skills English - Upper-Intermediate and above Excellent organizational skills The following skills and qualifications are desirable: Ability to work with tough deadlines, big scope of tasks and information, Good communication skills Teamwork skills Time management and project management skills Business correspondence skills Job Duties Development of medical strategy, planning and implementation of medical activities in accordance with business priorities of the company Preparation for the launch of new products Responsible for approval of medical / scientific, promotional and training materials Conduct product training for medical representatives Organize and conduct scientific/medical events Work with publications Provide medical information for medical society and cross-functional colleagues Training and advising Effective interaction with internal and external clients
