Responsibilities Consulting KPMG clients on all aspects of Russian real estate legislation; Legal support and structuring of real estate transactions (sale and purchase, lease, mortgage, construction, etc.); Conducting legal due diligence of real estate properties (brownfield and greenfield land plots, facilities under construction, buildings/constructions, etc.); Advising on legal aspects re land allocation, change of land category, town planning, zoning, development, construction, permits and licenses, structuring of real estate holding and operation, privatization, subsoil use, broad range of matters associated with land, real estate and construction; Preparation of client deliverables, reports, contracts and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials.
