О компании: The leading American company, the leader of innovative technologies in the field of health care, is searching for a candidate for the position of Business Development Specialist in Critical Care business. The company has experience of more than 100 years of successful implementation on the market of products for orthopedics, neurosurgery and equipment of surgical rooms. Responsibilities Planning, executing and monitoring of all measures necessary to guarantee achieving budget. This encompasses: - Customer care –Demonstrating products to distributor and end users in the area - Organizing and conducting trainings and workshops Identify and address all key decision makers (clinical, administrative /economic), key opinion leaders and key referrals in all accounts and report on them to the Area Manager on a regular basis. Attend and participate in key professional congresses and events as required. Provide technical support to customers according to territory guidelines. Train and educate relevant stakeholders on Company products, using Company resources in the most effective way. Maintain and acquire new product, technology, market, sales tool and process knowledge. Report immediately and accurately all negative customer or product related events (e.g., customer feedback, product and legal issues and risks etc.). Carry out all administrative duties and all necessary reports in a timely and diligent manner, (i.e. boot stock reports, demo stock movement forms etc.). Provide minimum, but regular activity report to the Area Manager. Requirements Thorough knowledge of the defibrillator competitive marketplace and its users. Computer literacy (minimum: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, CRM Systems) Languages: Russian and English Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Nursing or another relevant advanced degree
