О компании: RESPONSIBILITIES: contracts approval (mainly marketing activities); performing comprehensive day-to-day legal support of drafting, review and negotiating contracts in area of responsibility with internal and external customers and others if necessary; providing proactive legal advice to HR; providing legal support to Data Privacy matters and GDPR project; proactive analysis and monitoring of changes in legislation and legal alerts preparation, conducting trainings/presentations/workshops for internal customers for deep understanding of legal policy in area of responsibility; performing comprehensive day-to-day legal support of activities of the company including advising on compliance with external legal requirements and internal policies; activities and materials in compliance with the applicable legislation, participation in meetings, risk assessments and minimization of legal risks; ensure company’s rights protection; legal support of intellectual property and communications with HQ (UK) (registrations and work flow with patent attorneys), if necessary; legal memos on different legal matters arising in line with the company activities; support of legal department in representation in Intellectual Property Rights Court, arbitration and appellate courts, in state and public authorities on legal matters, concerning company activities, if necessary; cooperation and coordination with state authorities if necessary (preparing letters to FAS, working groups etc); legal support of different business projects; advise upon legal matters concerning business operations in Russia/CIS and ensure all material legal issues are promptly identified, effectively addressed and appropriately reported. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: lawyer is expected to work in a pro-active, self-reliant and hands-on way to assist the business in meeting its commercial objectives; good academic qualification(s), training and qualification in Russian legal system, CIS experience – is additional advantage; good quality work experience in contracts drafting, contract approvals; good experience in labor issues: support to HR, drafting documents, court cases; expected work experience is 2 years with in-house work for FMCG/pharma industry.
