Join us on our journey of growth Executive Counsel Job Description: Full scope support of designated business units and legal streams (e.g. distribution, regulatory); Elaboration of the policies and templates relevant to the supported areas; Support of corporate matters, including coordination of the liquidation, assistance to the Corporate Secretary, statutory matters; Supporting major transactions (e.g. BD deals) and projects implementation; Coordination of outside counsel support Representation in courts and before the state authorities (optional) Qualification : Higher legal education; Work experience in the legal profession for at least 6 years; Preference is given to candidates with a law firm or healthcare company background; English - Upper Intermediate / Advanced.
