О компании: PURPOSE OF THE JOB Associate relations manager is responsible for managing a range of activities related to employee/labor relations, performance management, and workplace concern issues; develop related policies, procedures, practices and provide consultations to the HR team, management and staff. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Evaluate and manage Associate Relations questions, concerns and issues. · Make recommendations regarding policies, practices and procedures focused on improving consistency, effectiveness and capability. · Coach and advise HR Business Partners and line managers and associates. · Deliver capability building programs for Managers and HR Business Partners. · Partner with legal team to represent the business in legal and governmental proceedings. · Perform associate relations investigations. Prepare recommendations based on policies, practices and processes. · Identify trends in area of responsibility and partner with the team of Associate Relations Managers on appropriate actions. Job Requirements · Higher University Degree · 5 years HR management experience, Labor/Industrial relations · Excellent knowledge of Russian Labor code and HR administration procedures · English – upper-intermediate. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required · Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills; ability to work and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals across all levels of the organization · Deep knowledge in applicable employment and labor relations regulations · Ability to work independently and own discrete areas of responsibility · Strong analytical and problem solving skills Сonditions & Terms · International company · Extended social package · Open office environment · Flexible schedule · Location – Moscow, 80% travel to Moscow region (Odintsovo, Dmitrov)
