The University Recruiting Campus Manager will be responsible for building new campus recruitment program in Russia to attract students into R&D, Inside Sales, Customer Support, and Renewals organizations and implementing regional employer branding strategy to attract best talents to the organization. Responsibilities: Identify hiring plans with business leaders and HR and build campus recruiting plan to support those hiring needs Identify and identify recruiting roadmaps at set of core schools Work with global team to localize branding initiatives, develop best practice on boarding plans and building out a robust intern/apprenticeship program Be the face of Veeam on campus and identify and develop campus teams to support hiring efforts.
